Putin confirmed Moscow's readiness to resume petroleum product exports to the U.S. and international markets, stating during a Kremlin briefing that the arrangement would support the broader global economy. Russian officials indicated that the lifting of export curbs is proceeding ahead of initial schedules as domestic refinery maintenance concludes.
